Upper Back Pain is the pain between the lower back and the neck.

Anti-inflammatory medicine, muscle relaxants, or other medicine can also help in Upper Back Pain alleviation. Alternative therapies like massage and exercises can also help the back return to normal.
The time taken to recover from this ailment can depend on the individual, but in most cases of upper back pain you will be able to return to your daily routine within a few days, and with some sensible stretcching exercises you should be full recovered with 2 – 3 weeks.
That said,the recovery period from upper back pain is dependant on the individuals care, when returning to normal activities, that they do not comprising the injury.
All kind of strenuous activity should be avoided until your Upper Back Pain symptoms have subsides and you are close to 100% fit.
Take care while lifting heavy objects and also by taking frequent breaks to stretch your back, you should also practive some neck and upper back stretching exercises.
