Pregnancy Back Pain
Pregnancy back pain in general and early pregnancy back pain in particular is a common complaint during pregnancy with more than 50% pregnant women suffering from it.
Pregnant women are prone to backaches and back pain due to a number of reasons such as the extra weight of the baby or a change in the center of gravity of their body or due to hormonal changes in the early stages of pregnancy.
With the growth of the uterus, a women’s center of gravity shifts forward. This gradually results in a change in the posture and movement style and may often lead to backache. Hormonal changes are a normal part of pregnancy and can cause the ligaments between our pelvic bones to often and our joints to loosen in preparation for the baby’s passage through pelvis during birth.
In some cases urinary infection can also result in Back pain amongst pregnant women.
Low Back Pain
Low Back Pain is caused due to many reasons including ligament sprain, slipped disk, joint problems, muscle spasm or strain.
The most common reason for Lower Back Pain is your back muscle participating in activities involving the lifting of heavy objects like furniture of strenuous activities like yard work.
Another bad outcome of strenuous activities is the slipped disk, which involves the bulging of disk between bones and its subsequent pressing on the nerves.
The best way to relieve your Low Back Pain is to lie on you back on the floor, your feet on the chair and keeping pillows under your knees, with knees and hips bent.
This position takes all the pressure of your back; this sort of rest is prescribed for a period of 1-2 day for those resting a hurt back. Other measures for Lower Back Pain relief include heating pads, ice packs and massages.
Low Back Pain
Low Back Pain is common among people and can be caused by a number of reasons.
Improper use of the back muscles lead to back Pain. If you sit on a chair for longer periods, say in front of the computer, poor posturing, where the left side of the back is under constant strain, can lead to Lower Back Pain.

An office job in the pre-computer era was not as strenuous for the back as it is now. In those days, people would keep shifting weight and position in their chairs to allow rest to the back.

Low back pain symptoms are quite common phenomenon in the humans and is generally experienced by all at some or the other point in their lives.
The severity of the pain is often unrelated to the injury that has caused it. While a simple strain in the back can cause unbearable back pain, a displaced disk may turn out to be quite painless.
Low back pain symptoms occur often due to a wrong posture or displaced or strained back muscle.
Irritation of the large nerve roots that go to our legs and our arms, a strain in the smaller nerves or an injury in any of the bones, ligaments or joints may also result in pain in the lower portion of our back.
Gall Bladder Back Pain
Gall bladder back pain is generally caused due to the inflammation or improper function of the gall bladder, a small pear-shaped organ (about 7-10 centimetres) on the underside of the liver.
Its main function is to collect and store bile, a brown – yellowish liquid which is made in the liver and stored in the gallbladder. The bile is used by the body to digest fats and mainly consists of water, cholesterol, bile acids, proteins, and bilirubin.
Gall Bladder Back Pain – Causes When we eat foods that contain fat, the gall bladder contracts to push out the bile into your small intestine and assists the digestive system in breaking down the fats, however if the bile contain too much cholesterol, bile salts or biliruben the liquid can harden and turn into solid pieces which are commonly known as gallstones.
